I walked into the nail salon after seeing the $50 gel x sign. Everyone in the nail salon is kind however the work does not last. Gel x is advertised to last 3 weeks, however the day after getting my nails done two of my nails popped off and the polish chipped on the third. I drove an hour back to the nail salon to get it fixed, in which they did with no problem. A couple of days later.. two more nails popped off and that same finger chipped even worse this time. I got a new acrylic set here with Jean, my first time coming here. She was so sweet, and I am absolutely obsessed with how my nails came out. I loved how meticulous and detail oriented she was — she made sure every nail was absolutely perfect, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the progress the entire time.
Horrible experience here in October 2025. I sat in the chair and it took them over an hour just to clean and shape my nails because the nail lady they gave me was new which was fine but by the time I finished I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes because I had to wait for someone to finish. It’s been 48 hours and my 3 nails have already chipped. I’m so upset don’t even bother.
I paid almost 50 dollares for a gel color manicure and didnt last me a week! terrible service! Never again!
This used to be my favorite nail salon in the area. Prices have gone up and my gel manicure barely lasted 3 days. :(
