They stopped giving me rides "right now" because I guess INSURANCE is behind in paying them. I understand this, but some advanced notice would of been the right thing to do, so I could get another ride service. Also, most of the time they were late in picking me up. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!! Idk why theirs so many negative reviews. I got picked up on time and I wasn't late for my appt.
Terrible service. No showed up for a ride and no call to let people know if they are not coming.

Most of the people are very sweet but they are never on time, they also have a habit of stopping at the wrong adress to pick you up, could get over the fact of my grandmother being late to almost every appointment if some of the employees weren’t so rude :(
