I really like Shawna my nurse along with Brad my Physical Therapist. They do a great job and they’re always pleasant to work with Grace is a great company to use as I’ve used them for many different things in the past.
Caregiver was super nice, but had major communication issues with assisted living staff that ultimately caused a sentinel incident that pushed the patient into worsening thier condition. When I reached out to speak with the VA liason for further assistance with communicating conditions to the VA primary care, she laughed it off like it was not her job. Very undisciplined organization. Weeks did not show up for therapy and nurse's aid services. Stay away if you want care. Grace deserves a 0.
My father receives home care from Grace Home Health Care.His caregiver is Jessa, she provides exceptional service to my father. She is hands-on, helping with all aspects of his care. She is compassionate ,reliable, and has great communication skills, which is important because my father has hearing impairment. We have had experience with other agencies. Grace is top-notch.They have given the best of care to my father. I highly recommend this agency.We are very thankful, DCooney
