October 2025 the absolute worst experience of our entire life at this retirement residence cannot even explain in many words, The lack of care, compassion absolutely everything that was promised upon signing an agreement was not present. This facility should be closed permanently.
My dad is in this place and it's horrible I can't wait to move him from here it smells like pee and other things I won't say.there is no stimulation and they don't do any activities.the food is horrible and it's locked up like ur a caged animal an institution.no outings no shuttle bus they do the bare minimum to save money the price is outrageous for what u get very little. This place is horrible! My aunt has been there for a month and she is dying. They haven’t brushed her teeth in a month and they don’t give her 3 meals a day nor have washed her face. She has bed sores from not changing her. We pay 10k a month for this service and there excuse is they’re short staffed. Complete terrible service. Do not take your loves ones here. This is just the start if things don’t change I will be going to the news and Marie-France Lalonde
