First impression is a good one. Dr. Nguyen very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient in listening to my concerns and questions.
Dr Grace Hecker is very well coming to all Her patients.Her response towards patients' needs is very admirable.
Although I am a Kaiser patient due to my wife's insurance coverage, if I were choosing a primary care physician independently, I would select Dr. Hecker without hesitation. I have known her professionally as a colleague, and her compassion and kindness toward her patients are evident in our interactions. In every meeting, she demonstrates genuine concern for patient well-being, always prioritizing their needs and showing a thoughtful, empathetic approach that truly sets her apart.
Dr Hecker is a wonderful physician. She recently went above and beyond processing a referral for me. I am grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledge physician.
I can’t begin to say enough about Dr. Hecker and her lovely staff. Dr. Hecker is an amazing woman and she takes the time to listen to what you’re feeling and how you’re feeling and give you options she’s very professional. I had to switch insurances, and unfortunately, Dr. Hecker does not take my insurance. I was in tears when I had to tell her that I had to go somewhere else.
