Help me with what I needed
Saw a new provider for myself and my daughter. She came in with a dismissive and condescending tone. Didn’t listen to anything that we said to her. It’s as if she already had a reason for our issues before even talking to us. Had to specifically ask for certain tests. Then looking at my visit notes in My Chart there were several key details that she never even mentioned to me but charted it as if we had spoke about it.
