Grace was so convenient for us. We didn’t wait long and they accept our insurance. Super easy and friendly. We will be back if we need urgent care again.
I had a great experience here. They were able to get me seen incredibly fast. They took great care of me and listened to what I had to say. They care felt personal, and not like I was just a number to check off. I hope I don’t need to go again, but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands
Update: the physician told me in my appointment she would treat for my symptoms and call in my Rx. So no, we were not waiting on labs. I was so omg waiting for my script to be called in that wasn't until after I called to find out what the issue was. The next day I received a call with lab results. I am still not impressed with care and will not be returning when there are far more competent providers. Honestly I'm not impressed with this place. I could have done a telehealth visit and gotten faster and more attentive care. ... read more
Honestly I'm not impressed with this place. I could have done a telehealth visit and gotten faster and more attentive care. I called back 2 days later to ask if my Rx was called in and get lab results. I was on hold over 5 minutes when I finally protested and asked for someone to return my call since the wait time to get my information was so long. I am still waiting for a call back. Don't go here.
