In NC for a three month visit and my health insurance is in California. Had an allergy issue so visited the Grace center. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Jessica, who greeted me, was super professional and very pleasant personality. She was efficient in her write up and an intent listener. Next, met Jarrett, equally as impressive. Came in with severe lower back pain after a fall. Exam was very brief ( quick touch of the spine) and was sent away with painkillers and muscle relaxant. I asked if they should get an x ray and the PA thought “only if I really wanted to” Went to the ER right after and was given a more thorough exam, a CT was recommended and turned out my L2 was fractured. Staff were friendly, but didn’t seem like a thorough enough practice
I’m not sure if this location is under new management but I recently brought my daughter here and arrived at 6:28 to which the door was locked. Not only did the sign on the door say they closed at 7, the staff member that was there just sat at the desk until she felt like acknowledging that I was waiting then begrudgingly came to the door. When asked if the time on the door was correct she said “yes they close at 7 but they lock up everything at 630 so they can prep to close.” I’ve never heard of a medical establishment doin... read more
Grace was so convenient for us. We didn’t wait long and they accept our insurance. Super easy and friendly. We will be back if we need urgent care again.
I had a great experience here. They were able to get me seen incredibly fast. They took great care of me and listened to what I had to say. They care felt personal, and not like I was just a number to check off. I hope I don’t need to go again, but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands
