Edited review- I originally had an issue with something that occurred but the office manager, Jen (who is extremely nice and helpful) made it right! I appreciate them for fixing the situation, not every business does that!
I was recently seen in Hensley at Grace Health and while my first visit went well, and was pleasant, the following visits blew that out the window quickly. The check in clerk just acted too busy to address any questions or concerns I had at check in such as confirming my contact information etc and was being even more unpleasant at check out. I had an appt last month and I waited in the office almost 2 hours before asking them if I was going to be able to be seen that day ( it was 11:30 and they closed at 12). They asked me if I could just do a telehealth appt instead. I was told by Jessica that she would call me that afternoon and do a telehealth appt with me but she never called me. This is the best health care I have received in a very long time. Josh has been a wonderful Healthcare provider and he listens and due to his diligence, my lab work is better than it has been since 2009 when certain levels began to be out of range. I am so glad to have Grace Health as my primary care provider. Every one working there is absolutely delightful.
So far Josh and Tabitha have been very understanding and listened to every one of my concerns. I'm dealing with a lot with my health right now and trying to figure out what's going on, and every time I've asked to be seen, they've sat down with me and listened to my concerns and written a referral when needed. They've called routinely to check up on me following appointments and haven't dismissed me as an anxious young man, as so many other doctors have.
