Our family has had a great experience at Grace Harbour over the past few months. My child has seen both the psychiatrist and two of the therapists, who have all been wonderful. They are caring, warm, and truly want what’s best for their patients. Would highly recommend!
My experience with Latesha Smith was disappointing. She spent an entire counseling session making me fill out paperwork & conducting an intake session with my son, only to later inform us that she could not continue providing sessions. Her reasoning was that we needed to complete certain exercises together first. While I understand the importance of collaborative work in therapy, I’m not sure how that justified halting treatment altogether. Try your hardest to find somewhere else. My sons go here and here are the issues we have encountered. 1. Therapist just no show appointments. Now my son is without therapy during formative years for tons of trauma. They make no effort in finding new therapist in house or trying to reschedule appointments. 2. No communication. They “forget” to tell you necessary information for medication refills and now my youngest son will be without his medication for at least 2 weeks.
