My experience with Latesha Smith was disappointing. She spent an entire counseling session making me fill out paperwork & conducting an intake session with my son, only to later inform us that she could not continue providing sessions. Her reasoning was that we needed to complete certain exercises together first. Try your hardest to find somewhere else. My sons go here and here are the issues we have encountered. 1. Therapist just no show appointments. Now my son is without therapy during formative years for tons of trauma. They make no effort in finding new therapist in house or trying to reschedule appointments. 2. No communication. They “forget” to tell you necessary information for medication refills and now my youngest son will be without his medication for at least 2 weeks. Iam writing this post late but this place was brought up today to me and I strongly disagreed about the person going to this place my experience iTried to get a appointment got one a month wait then when almost time got a call that the doctor I would see was no longer their so was given another appointment another month away the day came and I showed up and they had cancelled my appointment so had to make a new appointment then when the day did come It was only to try to give me medicine only not to have someone to just sit ... read more
Do NOT go here. They’ve made several mistakes with making appointments then you have to go without medication and withdrawal ON YOUR OWN. when I called them requesting that they at least give me my meds since they messed my appointment up they said no and that there’s nothing they can do! Unacceptable. They obviously need to hire new office staff and doctors who actually care. The right person could sue this whole company for withdrawing from those meds with no care. Happened to me 3 times ! And I was pregnant !!
