About as easy to get along with as it gets. Everyone was nice enough at the time, now however, owing to their setup, I can only talk to one person to try to get my mother's headstone eventually delivered and placed (going on 14 months now) despite it supposedly taking them 11. Was offered a refund of the price to set the headstone and never received anything. Likewise, the one person I can talk to about this, now is ducking my calls and never returns them. So... yeah. Mileage may vary, but maybe add a clause in the contract ... read more

This was from my father’s funeral, I edited it once already, I am editing again! If you read you will see some of the issues I had then, fast forward and you can find another review after my mother’s funeral January 2025. Neither experience was good. My parents prepaid of we would have gone elsewhere for my mothers service. We used Grace for both my parent's funerals, they prepaid, or I would have gone elsewhere for my mom's. My father decided to go with them because he went to school with one of the employees. I will tell anyone that will listen NOT to use Grace. I left a glowing review after my father's funeral but then edited it however, for some reason it still gave them five stars. If I could give zero I would. They left my father's military medals, military hats and signs I had made for each of the ships he had served on inside his casket... read more
