I have severe chronic pain as a result of MS. I have had many surgeries mainly because of the high doses of steroids I was on as well as my disease progression. I am unable to walk without assistance because my pain is so bad. I have been on the same dose of medication for 9 years!! She is knowledgeable, caring and supportive. Her warmth radiates. I highly recommend her.
The original clerk was a bully and disrespectful She also told the physician that I wanted to interrupt her session for a question. DID NOT DO THAT, I then received a call from UPS or FEDEX and was told that I had to pick up medicine because she couldn't find the doctors office and it was a Friday and it was going to spoil. She inferred I was lying. Another patient in waiting room even said to me that the clerk was rude and lied. Terrible experience.
Dr. Forde is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever met. I was referred to Dr. Forde during a painful flare up of an undiagnosed neuromuscular disorder, by a nurse at Northshore Hospital who had seen Dr. Forde help other patients with crippling migraines and pain disorders. I am so grateful. I spent years trying to find an explanation for my debilitating symptoms and even the Mayo clinic had no answers. not the best but everyone has their human moments
Dr. Forde herself is amazing and takes the time to work with her patients. The staff on the other hand are extremely disrespectful and rude. I have been going here for many years and never have a good experience with them. They do not hesitate to hang up the phone on you and give attitude. Love the doctor, wish she would have competent staff.
Sought last resort guidance and help with spouse's long-standing post-stroke pain. Dr. Forde could not have been a better listener, more exploratory, more helpful with actual meds to try. Office staff were very welcoming.
