They overbook their patients. And I was leaving because my kid now is hungry and they told me it was going to be a while longer. I asked for a refund and while wait for that I guess a a provider who isn't working comes up and is wondering why I can't wait longer. But she comes up to me with a plate of food in her hands which is very unprofessional. I still want to know why my mother had to lay there in the funeral home over 90 days because Monique Casey Bolden wouldn't issue the death certificate? And when asked why, lie about my sister and I not "claiming the body" and then again about the responding officer not doing a police report?! I can't think of a single reason for it to take over 90 days for a death certificate for a woman that supposedly passed away in her home in her sleep! Front desk employees didn’t even speak to me, left me waiting for an hour in the waiting room only to be called back and left waiting for another hour. Got maybe 10 minutes with the doctor’s assistant. What are these employees doing with all their free time?

The primary doctor tends to never come in herself and leaves it to her assistants. When you try to call an hour before closing they won't answer the phone at all and turn on a recorded message.
