I booked an appointment with a receptionist and agreed on the date and time , now it's the day of my appointment, I get to the office I was asked did I have a mask , I replied "yes" so the receptionist tells me to go to my car and wait for them to call. So I told her that" I arrived via Uber". this place is so slow! never, have I ever had to sit for 1.5 hour to just wait for a room, then wait forever for the Dr to come in! 1 person gets called pretty much every 30-45 minutes. I understand paying attention to your patients, but this is ridiculous. if you come here, plan on taking off work.
I had been using Dr. Hightower for a few years, as well as the rest of my family. Being my PCP, I saw her for heart troubles recently. I gave her some paperwork (releasing me back to work) to fill out to give to my job which was under a time constraint of 3 weeks. She said it would be 7-10 business days which would end before my deadline. It would have been perfect if she had not dragged her feet on my paperwork.
