Saw Dr Broad, set up tests and labs to get treatment done. I didn’t hear anything back for 2 weeks, called and was told they would leave her a message, come to find out a week later when I called a third time and she isn’t even with the clinic anymore! I was not informed she just left and patients were not informed, my prescription was never called in. I chose this clinic because of its convenient location, and because Dr Eum seemed like a very thorough and attentive doctor. I truly believed I could receive meaningful help for my health and continued to visit for some time. However, one day, a staff member named Ms Jenny whose tone often felt dismissive and unprofessional told me that the clinic would no longer be accepting PPO patients and that I should look for another provider. Despite their advertisement, they don’t accept a PPO patient. They just called and literally said “you need to find a new doctor because we don’t accept a PPO patient anymore”. Front desks receptionists could definitely be friendlier and more informative.
