I recently had the frustration of dealing with this dental practice. I went in for a cleaning. They took x-rays. I talked very briefly with the dentist who did not do an exam. They shuffled me into the cleaning chair. The woman that started my cleaning scraped exactly two teeth and got a little bit of blood. Went and told the doctor that I was bleeding profusely and they stopped the cleaning. I am on a blood thinner if they knew their rules. Would know that that is not a reason to stop the cleaning.
