For over 2 weeks I was having an extreme amount of pain in my neck where it meets my spine from a poor sleeping position. I asked a friend who has worked with chiropractors before what I could do. My friend suggested myofascial release. I located Grace and the experience was even better than I had hoped. Grace made me feel at ease instantly and I told her what kind of problem I was having. She explained the procedure and gave me additional information while providing the therapy.
