Usually people have been to many doctors and had several procedures performed before finding me. So many have lost hope of returning to normal functioning. It is possible! Myofascial Release helped me get off the couch and get back to living after 4 years of chronic neck pain following an injury. I am pain free most of the time, as long as I practice good habits. Those include adequate sleep, eating nutritious food, getting the right kind of exercise, and receiving Myofascial Release therapy on a regular basis.

For over 2 weeks I was having an extreme amount of pain in my neck where it meets my spine from a poor sleeping position. I asked a friend who has worked with chiropractors before what I could do. My friend suggested myofascial release. I located Grace and the experience was even better than I had hoped. Grace made me feel at ease instantly and I told her what kind of problem I was having. She explained the procedure and gave me additional information while providing the therapy.
