Had 2 watches that needed batteries. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back in about an hour and he said the one had water damage. I was shocked because I just purchased these watches, but I believe him. I asked about the second watch, and he had not even opened it. Waited another 10 minutes and was told that was damaged too. I was sincerely sorry to have taken up the man's time, but his attitude was indifferent. Clearly I was not wasting anyones time on purpose, a smile goes a long way!

Was in the mall window shopping and this tennis bracelet caught my eye, pastel stones and beautiful finishing. Got a great deal, they gave me an additional discount and free lifetime cleaning on it. Will buy again from them.

Bought a gold Miami Cuban chain from them, the price was really competitive. Couldn’t find anyone matching the price they were offering for the weight, also really friendly people working there, makes you want to be a returning customer. Both Tony and Sunny are excellent at their job, worked out on a discount for me. Thanks Grace Diamonds !

I bought a necklace and a bracelet not to mention many other items. when I went to get it repaired somewhere else they told me that the gold is not actually 10 karat gold. I brought it to them he tested it and told me it was and then told me to go down the mall to another place and have it tested, after doing so they even told me that the 10k gold necklace and bracelet that they sold me was not 10 karat gold. they refused to give me a refund they refused to acknowledge the fact that their gold test says it's gold and every o... read more
