I absolutely love my dentist Dr Patel!!! The staff there go above and beyond!!! Chelsea has been a tremendous help to me since I have been going there these past few years with booking my appointments and getting me the best benefits out of my insurance. I am over the moon with gratitude for having finally found a great dentist. Dr Parikh is amazing, she's exceptional really. Her experience is obvious, she is gentle and kind but knowledgeable to be able to get results like a strong man. I had a broken tooth/molar that was flat to gum level but Dr Parikh went to work on it as if she'd done this a thousand Xs and gave me total relief. been going here for a little over 3 years now after putting off dentist visits longer than i should have. used to have really bad anxiety about the dentist but grace dental has made it a breeze. super friendly front staff, my hygienist mrs phyllis is an absolute sweetheart and a gift to this place. dr patel is also extremely friendly. i appreciate his straightforwardness without seeming rude.
I was referred by a friend who is well informed of my phobia. Literally, 5 minutes into the consultation, there were 3 people ( one by one ) shoving an estimate awaiting payment at me. I was not prepared for this reaction. ***** After much coaxing from my friend and deciding to move forward ( time was an issue ) and during the process one of teeth on the extractions list became very painful .
