The staff at Grace Dental go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable and well taken care of. I do not like going to the dentist, I am always nervous and very uncomfortable but that isn’t the case here at Grace Dental. My gum was hurting and I called to see if they take new patients and if so when they could see me. They had me come in the same day, and after a little wait, I was seen by Dr. Patel. He checked my gum, and told me, that I had a problem from something I ate, and to use saltwater to help healing. He answered all questions and I didn't feel hurried. Grace dental is amazing. Chelsea is Heaven sent, and works with you to help make certain that you utilize your benefits stress free. Dr.Patel is a wonderful dentist. He is kind, explains any issues you have , very professional .His dental assistants Cynthia and Eden explain everything that is happening during your procedure. That is a very calming comfort. These people take good care of you and your dental needs. Chelsea and the girls up front, including Chrystal the office manager, take care of the admin stuff including recommending and guiding through the financial and insurance part of dental care. Vanessa, my hygienist, keep me on track with my maintenance plan. The Dentist, Dr. Parikh and Dr. Patel provide excellent and professional care. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for dental care
I hate having any kind of dental procedures done, but the staff & doctors here take great care to make my experiences great. I have the same hygienist, Phyllis, every time I have a cleaning, & she will talk to me the whole time to keep me calm. The office staff is always polite, & they're always willing to help if I have any questions (especially Chelsea). My teeth are in much better shape now! 😁😁😁
