Communication has always been easy and pleasant through text message. Match with adolescent was okay. Unfortunately, last appointment was cancelled due to Work in summer schedule and mentioned we would follow back up. Services cancelled three weeks later however even though communication has always been done via text message no easy message just saying hey following up to make sure you receive the letter. Heartbroken for adolescent having to re-establish a connection which is part of the concern of Counseling. Disappointed.
