Adam is awesome! Provided great care, explained things fully, he was able to diagnose me with just symtoms and blood work. even took radiation with a cat scan into consideration when telling me pros and cons of getting one. Ryan I believe, guy with red hair and beard. was amazing! i’m usually a hard stick with needles, but he got it 1st try, explained everything. even made sure doc ordered blood work and iv before putting one in, as i told him im scared of needles. Less stressful er trip of my life.
This was supposed to be the best care for my father after a fall. It was awful. They have signs everywhere saying they want to involve family. They shut us out because my father had too many daughters. I do have to give a special shoutout to Shyla who advocated for him and was so amazingly kind. The doctors were incongruent week after week. His pain was dismissed. He lost almost 20 pounds in the first week and recorded as lost at the previous hospital, which was completely untrue. By the time he left he was not eating. I was going to fill out an application as a new patient but when I was asked about my ethnicity, I couldn't find "white." I eventually noticed that white was at the end of the list despite the fact that the list was not in alphabetical order. It seems they don't want white patients, while over 90% of Vermont is white. What an embarrassment. Truly repulsive.
