Terrible communication. Very inconsiderate of my time. I confirmed twice in the text that 1pm would be great. The salon isn't in my city. So to have to drive, wait.. and then have her say I never made an appt, is ridiculous. The text says it all.

Grace was amazing! She was super flexible with scheduling and really took her time to care for my hair. My hair was damaged from home cuts, but she completely fixed it with a keratin treatment and gave me great product recommendations (even samples to try at home!). She never rushed and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. My hair feels so healthy and smooth now—I’m so happy with the result! Highly recommend Grace if you want someone who truly cares about your hair.
Very good and honest, I have gotten perm and haircut here(M).
I showed her a photo of tight curls but i got frizzy hair and no curls at all. (My hair was healthy and not colored for 6 week and no perm for 2 -3 years.) After i came home and my hair got dry i talk to her and she got milion excuses and diferent reasons why is my hair straight .. (I tough she was a pro for perms ) This is my first review and i have to leave it because she just dont care..She does what is most profitable and fast..and cash only ..You will get what she want , not what you want and you will learn it all after... read more
