Dr. Grace Chiang, is one of the best doctors I ever encountered. Where do I begin: she is kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough in explaining things, professional, very caring, and very concern about ones overall health. In addition, all her staff were also, exceptional. I am very satified with all that transpire today. Dr. Chiang, you are the best.
I have tried for 2 weeks and left 6 messages for someone to call me back not to mention the dozen times I called just to see if someone would pick up. This staff has completely gone downhill.
Had an appointment scheduled at 1 pm. Got a call from the front desk to come earlier. Came at 11 am and waiting in the room for 1.5 hrs to see a doctor. Ridiculous!!! The doctor is amazing though. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Doctor- 5 star. The office staff and scheduling- 1 star.
Survey system stinks and the Hospital and urgent care stink. Urgent care didn’t treat me they referred me to ER. Er was a put. It was filthy and overcrowded. It was so bad I left without being seen. You are only getting a 5 because Dr.Chaing’s office is awesome!
