Great store with friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to chat and joke with customers, making the experience enjoyable. The boss is hands-on or either working in the back or on calls with suppliers to keep the store well-stocked but she is super nice. While it can get a bit hot inside, especially during summer, they make an effort by having fans running. This place has lot of nice things. But the heat is unbearable. My only complaint is i wish there were more cashiers working on the busy days, it is insane how there just one worker up front and the others aren’t nowhere to be seen. I have to wait in long lines when they’re are two registers but one cashier, On top of that ridiculous heat. I am a regular here and the owner is nice but just wish she would do better with the work conditions and hire more cashiers

Grace Beauty Supply never misses The cashiers are super sweet and keep the energy positive I always find what I need and usually a few things I didn’t know I needed 😂👏🏾

Probably one of the worse in the whole Westbank area. When you walk in you get greeted by the hot air, followed up by the nice workers welcoming you in. Seems to me that the Asian lady is the owner. This is complaint is to the (owner) of the store. Every time I walk in the owner is present talking on the phone or not even there at all. I will not support a business where the boss is barely working, overall not supporting the workers who actually need support.
