Great store with friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to chat and joke with customers, making the experience enjoyable. The boss is hands-on or either working in the back or on calls with suppliers to keep the store well-stocked but she is super nice. While it can get a bit hot inside, especially during summer, they make an effort by having fans running. Never had a issue at this store until they treated this lady so bad just for asking a question about 99 cent bows... You want our business but don't wanna treat us with respect
