What an unfortunate experience that my wife endured. Kimi was almost 15 minutes late to the appointment (even though she works out of her house...). My wife wasnt asked what she wanted for the haircut before it began. Kimi also managed to cut herself mid-job and just kept going without getting a band aid or taking care of her cut. Layers were requested but hardly anything was done. Would not recommend. We are getting this fixed somewhere else.
I liked the hospitality and facials and massage is too good, i would recommend this.
Excellent service. Incredibly patient. Highly recommend her.
She’s great with eyebrows threading. This place is very clean and that’s very important for me.
