Poor customer service, staff treat patients differently depends on who you are. It should not be like this. Will not go back.
THIS IS THE WORSE MEDICAL CENTER TO VISIT. MY VITALS WERE CHECKED AND I HAD TO SIT WHILE OTHER PATIENTS OF DIFFERENT CLASS AND OF THE WHITE RACE WERE TREATED BEFORE ME. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.....There should have been the option for no star.
Dr. Meghan worked miracles on a shoulder I fouled up overdoing it on the water. She told me they have 50 doctors from 20 nations! I would happily send my best friend or closest family member here, even if it weren’t on island. Keep this place in your back pocket for island medical and if you stumble on this review, stop looking and call or stop by.
I had a recent medical issue while away on vacation and can't thank the staff at Grace Bay Medical Centre enough. Despite not having any appointment, walk-in was seamless. I'm especially grateful to Dr. Jo who went above and beyond - she stayed late to assist with my issue and was so incredibly warm, calming, and compassionate in a scenario that was initially quite scary. Thank you Dr. Jo and the entire team for your exceptional care!!!
