This is a wonderful community with outstanding staff. They received a gold standard award from the Department of Health and Welfare during their 2022 licensure survey, which is a extremely impressive feat. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for senior care options.
Disappointed with services. We discussed with the staff all the specific routines that our loved one would need and they stated they could do them so we went with them. The staff did the bare minimum of care. The staff were supposed to bath our loved one twice a week and they did it once each week. Clothes were not put on properly and sheets were not changed regularly. A part of our loved one's plan that needed to be administered to avoid infection was not implemented as promised by many staff.
