I wish a rating less than 1 star could be given. My mother lived at this facility in the Memory Care side from September 2022 until July 2023. While she resided at this facility, there were three different employees in the role of Memory Care Manager. In the same time frame, there were also three separate employees in the role of head nurse of the memory care side.
