Watched two of their Direct Support Personnel bring a client to an indoor playground, they proceeded to park the man in his wheelchair facing away from them and then sat behind him on their phones for an hour ignoring him. They were so fixated on their phones that they didn't notice him falling out of his wheelchair onto the floor until someone yelled at them to help him. There were multiple witnesses and photos of the occurrence.
I witness two Direct Support Personnel sit and ignore the adult man with disabilities that they were with for near an hour as they stared at their phones and ate snacks. He fell out of his wheelchair to the ground, and they didn't realize it until someone pointed it out to them. If I were this man's family, I'd be furious that this is the care he is getting.
A very good agency, whereby staffs build a cordial and respectful relationship with their clients which makes them feel the sense of belongings , i recommend it to every individual out there
This homecare agency is pretty good. They provide homecare service to my auntie. Their skills and services are exceptionally great.
From personal experience, do not go with this agency. I wish I could share my experience, but when I did before on a review, the owner retained his lawyer to sue me for defamation of character. Being a disabled mom with a child, all of that is too stressful. Needless to say, you can’t sue someone for their opinion… STAY AWAY!!!!
