The Pandemic certainly derailed my strength program until now.. It wasn’t easy to get back at it, but after the first class with Janine, I found myself excited and eager for the next meeting!! I’ve met new friends and I am already so much stronger! LOVE Janine’s approach to wellness!!❤️

Number one fabulous trainer You’ve got to come in and learn from this woman She totally walks the talk! Great for young girls all the way to 69 years old!
