**EDITED REVIEW** Please use anyone else! The technicians are terrible. We are a non profit, and we have 3 units. Two are brand new, one is 5 years old. The 5 y/o unit froze up. The guy came out and said there was nothing he could do until it defrosted and drained. We asked where it would drain, and he said "into the drain." A few hours later there was brown water raining from the AC vent and light fixtures in our electronics room below the handler. Great company! From installing our new unit years ago to maintenance agreements and scheduling those appointments, to answering my calls when I have questions and concerns, they're wonderful to work with. Very responsive and make it all easy on me. We will continue using and recommending Grace Air Conditioning!

I've been using Grace A/C for several years now to maintain my A/C units. Recently had to purchase a new system. I got several quotes from different companies and learned the differences in brands and quality in that time, and decided to purchase from Grace A/C in the end. I appreciated their honesty, their price and that they didn't try upselling me things that I didn't need.
