I was getting box braids and I showed the lady the size box braids I wanted. I would have paid $120 because I had my own hair. When she finished she asked me if I wanted a bun as it was in the picture. I said yes, not knowing a bun would cost $20. I still tipped her but they lost business. I have three daughter that are seeking to get their hail twisted & braided. We all need money but not letting a new client it’s extra is bad for business.

I was recently there with someone else getting braids. The staff was not mean but they also were not friendly. The hair looked good, but I recommend bringing all of your own supplies because they are not clean. I will refrain from the unacceptable details but know that the shop was a mess. You also have to pay for parking in their tiny lot. They only got a passable rating because they knew how to braid well.

Yesterday I went to get two braids done and at first they were all deformed in the middle, they were really badly done, one was up and the other was down, it looked like it had been done by a person learning how to do it.
