She is a good one to talk to but definitely didn’t help much when I was made to see her for GD. It’s like someone reading pages for you and showing what videos would already show. Such a wastage of time. No advice or feedback on nutrition or calories from what I was eating. Prescribed a heavy dose of insulin which the endocrinologist also negated. It’s good to see a nutritionist when working on diet for GD. Can’t recommend her but with PAMF you sometimes have no choice.
Grace is great and very knowledgeable. She knows what she talking about.
