I got cuplés of this tools Grabo succión cup, for some reason the tool fall off from the acrylic wall, the motor start making weird noise, well I contact customer support, first they says is out of warranty, and next they say I make is mistake to not buy from the. Direct, I do not recommend this product, Dewalt has better customer service, if something breaks out of the warranty, the repair are reasonable, Take look the video of this product for the price is really bad!!

I love my Grabo. We use it all the time for installing tile and stone countertops and wall slabs. We did have a issue just before warranty was up, but Grabo was extremely fast to follow up and replaced the unit without any hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend the product as well as the company for how they handled everything. We will be purchasing additional units for sure
