home owner Stay away I had grabills out for some plumbing problems. They sent a boy out who know o about plumbing.He spent most of his time at my house on the phone.talking to his boss because he could not do the job. and then I was charged for all the time he was on the phone.If they had sent a real plumber to the job my bill would of been 1/2 the price Plus Terry Black there service dispatcher is about as dum as a box of rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I attempted to figure out who you might be, but based on the limited information, I have not been able to. Terry Black is no longer with our company. That being said, I think you are being a little harsh on her. She was a dispatcher and if you were asking technical questions there was no way that she would be able to answer them.
