Called numerous times about a prescription due 4 days ago and just kept being told they were sending the message to the Dr. So tomorrow I will be going to office so I'm not on hold or they don't answer to get my prescription filled
I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE DOCTORS WITH MY LIFE I have been to both Male and Female Dr.s Here and every time I expressed concerns, they were extremely dismissive. always told me to take some over the counter medicine and would never even address my issues. The Nurses here on the other hand are Wonderful and always listened and expressed care. I always request to see the Nurse over the "Doctor". The docs are great but the staff is terrible. NEVER answer the phone and don't return calls promptly. In process of changing docs
