I am absolutely amazed at the customer service that Mr. Grabel has displayed. Earlier in the month I submitted a review because I didn't feel I had been recognized on my email. Scott Grabel called me personally on a Sunday no less to apologize and offer his services. He and his firms committment to service has gone above and beyond any expectations I had.
