I would leave zero stars but I can’t unfortunately. The owner or manager left his dog in his Grey Jeep for almost 3 hours on a 22-27 degree day. I witnessed the entire thing today. The only reason he came out is because I went into his place of business to tell him. He said he was holding a meeting and the windows were open, one was open about 2 inches. The poor dog was in a cage, came out panting. I am beyond disturbed and I hope Karma gets him.
