we used to love this place, but over the past year the service has been horrible. rude service even, on every occassion. waiting forever for to go orders (way beyond the time they say it will be done) , standing around while no one asks if you need help, missed orders, no customer service . the food is pretty good, so they are busy -- too busy for the poorly trained staff and lack of management to handle. we've given them 4 chances in the past 3 months, based on the food quality, but this was the laat time. a real shame.
