We are a real estate rebate company that gives 2.5% of the purchase price back to the buyer. How it works: You find the new construction or inventory home you want to buy. We contact the builder for you. EXAMPLE: The home you want costs $350,000 x 2.5% = $8,750 back to the buyer. Rebate money can used toward closing cost, builder upgrades or a check when we close.
