I had my car detailed the other day, and WOW!!! They completely exceeded my expectations! My husband and I had to laugh, we swear it was cleaner after the detail then when we bought it! Smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Communication was very good. Pricing was up front , no surprises or hidden fees. I requested a modification , which was completed before I took delivery. I left feeling respected and confident that if I needed further assistance I would have it.
I used the Oscar car rental service through Gr8 Auto and I can’t say enough about how friendly both gentleman were. For pickup, a gentleman in the detail center went above and beyond to assist me. For drop off, another gentleman was just as great. The car was in awesome condition as well. I will definitely recommend Gr8 Auto to anyone looking a local car rental, also the other auto services they offer.
