Even though I have not worked with this company prior to my AC not working and did not know what to expect when calling them, the initial call was answered courteously. Diego, the technician did an excelent job in diagnosing the AC and in a thoughtful way working every detail so in the end he was very thorough. Per our phone conversation his arrival was according to what he promised. I am completely happy with the services I received.
