Was very pleased with the promptnes and the service. I talked them into giving me my Veterans discount.
We had one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever gone through at GR Chevrolet. Our truck only had 30k miles and needed a transmission valve body. When we brought it in, the service advisor (Jenny) was rude and dismissive, telling us the part was on backorder with no ETA and that there were no loaners. Chevrolet corporate later confirmed that we did qualify for a loaner under warranty. Only after we confronted GR with that did they suddenly “find” two loaners. GR Chevrolet always does excellent service work for me and they always recommend the most affordable solutions. They are friendly and they have a shuttle to take you where you need to go if you don’t want to wait at the dealership.
