Jenny Potter is wonderful to work with in the service department. I had to make a trip out of town and worked over the phone with me to get my truck serviced.
My experience was trouble it took 5 days to fix a coolant hose. The service writer lied to me about them fixing my car. I’m going to report this to the GMC claimant department.
I believe in giving credit where it is due and these Guys and Gals definitely deserve the credit. The customer service is here is exceptional!! The messaging system accommodated by photos while your vehicle is in service is TOP NOTCH. Pricing is reasonable and service is reasonably quick… whether getting something as simple as an oil change or a more in depth service , please consider GR Chevy .. they definitely exceeded my expectation.
