Bought my first Seiko from Bryan at GQ and could not be happier with the experience. The shop is gorgeous and Bryan let me take my time trying things on, sized my bracelet, and taught me a bunch of knowledge for my first mechanical watch. I'll definitely be going back! I've come here a few times to get my neo vintage watches fitted & batteries changed. The owner is so friendly & helpful. He's very knowledgeable & passionate. They have a great selection in store. Love this place and will continue coming back for all my watch needs!
Best service and insight in town! Absolutely take your watch in for anything it needs from basic service and strap options to vintage repair and custom work. Bryan really helps bring you into the time piece community as well by holding generous events. He will likely say "no charge" but don't let him refuse your money.
Hidden gem in North Park! This boutique style shop has so many fun options when it comes to watches. The guy that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the watches are fairly priced as well. If you are looking for your new "neighborhood" watch shop with unique finds to include many microbrands and pieces that have yet to even hit website catalogs, this is your spot!
Excellent Customer Service! Bryan super knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Brought in a watch to have him look and check if it was authentic. Bryan took the time to look at the watch in great detail. Explained all the reasons why watch is authentic. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next watch.
