Brian was wonderful to work with — incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has a large selection of Seiko watches and other brands, along with a great collection of straps to customize your look. I purchased a Seiko “Mojito” and ordered a green strap to match, and the combination came out absolutely beautiful. We also discussed building a couple of Seiko tribute watches inspired by the Yacht-Master and Oyster models, and both turned out amazing. Best watch buying experience. Just picked up my Seiko “Emerald Samurai” from GQ Jewelers, and I couldn’t be happier. This is genuinely what watch buying should feel like. The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. You can tell right away this isn’t just a business to him, it’s a passion. Bought my first Seiko from Bryan at GQ and could not be happier with the experience. The shop is gorgeous and Bryan let me take my time trying things on, sized my bracelet, and taught me a bunch of knowledge for my first mechanical watch. I'll definitely be going back! Best service and insight in town! Absolutely take your watch in for anything it needs from basic service and strap options to vintage repair and custom work. Bryan really helps bring you into the time piece community as well by holding generous events. He will likely say "no charge" but don't let him refuse your money.
I am so happy with my experience! I had seen a butterfly bracelet with AP case that I liked a few weeks ago and Brian told me that he’d set it aside for me. I scheduled an appointment to go in today and put the watch together under Brian’s careful guidance. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient.
