Told guy to take 1/2in off all around and I look up and dude took at least 2+in off all around. absolutely horrible experience and a terrible haircut that doesn’t even look like the style I had and have had for many years
Booked an appointment online bc there was no other option. Got there a little earlier than appointment. I was fine to wait but a walk in came in shortly after and was taken in right away. After my appointment time came and went I asked if I could just sit with another barber. I was told I would be hit with a cancelation fee if I didn't stay with the original barber.
