My visit here with nurse Dhruvi Patel did Not go as expected.I felt my concerns weren't fully addressed during my appointment, and I would have appreciated more time discussing my treatment options. Communication felt rushed, and I left with unanswered questions. Dhruvi Patel failed to answer most my questions also showing lack of empathy and compassion which nurse suppose to have. She should get fired asap by her manager as she was careless , lazy, dismissive and mocked me with my family health issues.
This practice is very unresponsive and untimely. Requesting refills every month is always a long process, and my requests through the portal are never approved unless I call. I often ask my pharmacy to contact them, to which they are also unresponsive. I enjoyed working with my practitioner, Dhruvi Patel and wish I could see her outside the practice.
