This practice is very unresponsive and untimely. Requesting refills every month is always a long process, and my requests through the portal are never approved unless I call. I often ask my pharmacy to contact them, to which they are also unresponsive. I enjoyed working with my practitioner, Dhruvi Patel and wish I could see her outside the practice.
