Bad and rude supers in rentals. Mosquito issues in apartments that don’t get solved. No control over heat and freezing temperatures and no hot water, and super would respond to not text him until the day. Rent from another group.
Bad experience with the management & the house was infested & had many issues. Our POC was Indira Rawana, who did a horrible job in communicating throughout our 2 year lease. We had to follow up more than 20 times to get our deposit back. The only plus was that the house was fully furnished.
Jack Friedman was the best along with everyone in the office (Indira) and the maintenance staff….efficient, on-time, professional, helpful, and courteous. I wish ALL real estate rental firms in NYC were like this.
This is speaking for the property management at this address. My AC broke and the maintenance guys came up and fixed it same day within a couple of hours. I locked my keys out of my apartment and they also helped me get into my apartment on a Saturday. These apartments are a great place to rent starting out in NYC if you're moving in from out state.
Stole my deposit, and were very rude and shameless when I was asking for it back. These people have no conscience
