Good news: Gibson is popular. Bad news: you'll never be seen because of #1. I tried calling many times and bottom line, there's a wait list. No one at the office could could tell me how long the wait list was or where we'd be on the wait list. They also would/could not give ny idea how long the wait could be (2 months, 10 years??, no estimate whatsoever). It's clear they've got a thriving business that's not interested in new business.
No one ever answers the phone. Dr has refused to see me after a referral and well over 8 months. I am assuming it’s my background and ethnicity
Dr. Gibson is awesome. Very knowledgable and friendly, I highly recommend his services.
I have had a great experience here. Dr. Travis is so calm and easy to talk to. He makes me feel at ease and helps me get through my struggles independently. I additionally see Dr. David and he's truly the only physiatrist that understands my issues and goes above and beyond to help. I also love Toinette at the front desk, she's so sweet and always greets me everytime I come in. Thank you GPS for changing my life!
