Excellent service. Donna took my call and helped me understand the problem with the shower cartridge and valve. She then was able to dispatch a technician as soon as she could because it was an emergency for us. Steven solved the problem by replacing old parts.
Admittedly, this is my first time using GPS plumbing and I am very happy with them. We wanted to replace our hot water heater before it started spilling out in the garage. I called and they were here in just a couple days. They were very, very professional and nice people. When they got here today they went right to work. It looks great. Have done multiple plumbing repairs at multiple different times for me. Purchased a home last year that was neglected on several areas. Knowledgeable and really take the time to find a solution.
