We called this company to service our furnace when we first moved in to our house seeing as they are the ones who “fixed” it before we moved in. We had no heat in our first week. They came out for 20 min, said they needed to order a part but they had it running for now. 30 min later I could smell something burning. I looked at the furnace and discovered 2 wires burning up on a heat shield. The next day we again had no heat and called someone else to fix it (was fixed that day).
